Serendipity's Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

* Digestive Biscuit ( round one packet depends on how big is yr cheesecake pan & how thick you like the crust )
* Cream Cheese - Philadelphia - ( 300 to 400 Grams )
* 3/4 Cup Sugar ( granulated )
* 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
* 1 pack Dream whip ( 2 bags )
* 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Cold milk
* Butter ( no specific amount depends on how the crust will hold )
* 3 eggs
* small spoon of lemon juice
* Vanilla
* Fresh Strawberries
* Strawberry Jelly

Directions:

  • crush the digestive till it become smooth but not very smooth
  • add 1/4 cup sugar to it
  • add butter
  • press the crust mix on the pan very well ..
    & keep it in fridge .. for min 30 minutes to 1 hr
  • prepare the whipping cream by adding dream whip & milk & beat it till it get all fluffy & creamy & keep it in fridge till you need it later
  • in a big bowl add the cheese & let it to be in room temperature to be easy to mix
  • add the rest of sugar to it & mix it well
  • add some flour & mix it .. then 1 egg & more flour & egg .. till you mix it all
  • add vanilla & lemon ..slowly add the whipping Cream ..
  • mix it all well ..
  • heat the oven on 200 degree C
  • take out the pan with crust from freezer & pour the mix in it ..
  • put it in the over for 15 - 20 minutes ..
    then lower the temperature to 100 or 80 for an hour .. you will see that the mix started to get hard from top but not firm ..
  • after that take it out & leave to get cold in room temperature for round 30 - 40 minutes then when it totally cooled down .. put it in fridge for at least an hour or more to get really hard
  • then take it out & garnish the surface delicately with strawberries or whatever you like on it ..
  • in a cup mix the jelly with hot water till it dissolved .. then add very cold water to it .. & pur in slowly with a big spoon on the strawberries ...
  • take it back to the fridge for an extra hour .. then take it out & open the pan
