Caramel Cheesecake Recipes

 

These rich, saucy and delicious caramel cheesecake recipes are soooo good and soooo easy to make.

Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:

1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tbsp brown sugar

1/3 cup melted butter

Filling:

1 ½ lbs cream cheese

14 oz can of condensed milk

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp lemon juice

20 caramels, minced

Topping:

1 ½ cups sour cream

½ tsp vanilla

1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Crust:
Find a 9” or 10” spring form pan and add ingredients, pressing into the bottom once the mixture becomes thicker.

Filling:
First mix the cream cheese and milk until its smooth. Add eggs one at a time then add lemon juice and vanilla. Finally fold in the minced caramels. Pour the filling on top of the crust and bake at 350 degrees or until the cake sets.

Topping:
Mix ingredients in large bowl then put on top of filling and continue baking for 10 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool inside the oven with door open for one hour and chill until you're ready to serve. Add whipped cream for topping if desired.

Dulce De Leche

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup heavy cream

3 large eggs

1 cup caramel sauce

2 tbsp caramel sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the cream cheese until it’s soft and fluffy. Add eggs slowly and one at a time. Then add heavy cream and the cup portion of caramel sauce. Place in graham cracker crust and bake approximately 60 minutes. Cool and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top. Serve 8


Tip: Switch the lemon juice to lime juice and add an extra layer of caramel somewhere in there- your critics will love you forever!
