White Chocolate Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients
8oz cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
2 cups milk
2 small boxes of Jello pudding mix (white choc)
1 graham cracker crust |
Instructions
Mix pudding mix and milk well, then add the cream cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip, pour into the crust and chill for 4 hours. Serves 10 if you cut it right. |
Cinnamon White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust:
¾ cup flour
¼ cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt, ginger and ground cinnamon (each)
½ cup butter, cut in squares
1 tbsp cold water
Filling:
7oz white chocolate finely chopped
½ tsp vanilla
4 large eggs
1 ½ lbs cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp grated lemon zest
½ cup sour cream |
Instructions
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl mix flours, sugars, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Add butter and mix until you see coarse crumbs, then add the water and beat until it begins to feel and look doughy. Press dough into 9” spring form pan that you’ve greased. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Lower temp of oven to 325 degrees.
Filling:
Melt white chocolate until smooth and creamy then let chocolate cool until lukewarm. In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until its creamy then add sugar and mix until well blended. Add vanilla and lemon zest and sour cream and mix well. Add the white chocolate and continue mixing until creamy. Pour into crust. Using a roasting pan filled with water (1” high) bake 60-75 minutes or until top is set. Remove and chill.
