Delicious Chocolate Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 pkg Jello Chocolate Pudding

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl for approximately 15 minutes. Pour mixture into 9” spring form pan and bake for 60 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for another hour with the door open. Put in fridge and chill until ready to serve. Drizzle chocolate sauce over top if desired. Serves 8

Chocolate Cheesecake With Chocolate Crust

Ingredients

1 ½ cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs

3 tbsp melted butter

24 oz cream cheese

2 tbsp + 1 cup sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

4 large eggs

¾ cup sour cream

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

8 oz squares of semisweet chocolate (melted and cooled)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a 9” spring form pan combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter and 2 tbsp sugar, then press into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until it’s fluffy. Add remaining sugar and cocoa until it’s well blended. Add eggs one at a time then add the vanilla, sour cream and melted chocolate. Mix ingredients well and pour into the crust. Bake 50-55 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside with the door open for about an hour. Remove and cool completely before chilling. Serves 16
