Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a 9” spring form pan combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter and 2 tbsp sugar, then press into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until it’s fluffy. Add remaining sugar and cocoa until it’s well blended. Add eggs one at a time then add the vanilla, sour cream and melted chocolate. Mix ingredients well and pour into the crust. Bake 50-55 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside with the door open for about an hour. Remove and cool completely before chilling. Serves 16
